You may use PDFSwipe only if you can legally enter this agreement and comply with applicable law. You are responsible for selected files, your permission to process them, and checking every exported document before relying on it.

PDFSwipe is a tool, not a law firm, records manager, document custodian, or guarantee that an output satisfies an authority.

Supported local tools are intended to process files in your browser. Outputs can vary with source PDFs, browser support, fonts, forms, annotations, encryption, and device resources. Keep source files and verify important outputs in an independent PDF reader.

Features may be labeled beta, unavailable, or planned. A route or marketing description is not a promise that an unlaunched capability is available.

You must provide an email address you control and report suspected unauthorized access. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or third parties.

PDFSwipe is not currently connected to DodoPayment and does not offer active paid checkout through this site. If paid plans, credits, API access, MCP access, or cloud processing launch, separate disclosures will apply before purchase.

We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free conversion, preservation of every PDF feature, or suitability for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, PDFSwipe is provided as-is and liability is limited to the legally permitted extent.

Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
