Privacy controls

Delete your PDFSwipe account and data.

Use account controls where available or contact us for a deletion request. This draft explains what deletion covers today and what may need to be retained.

Last updated: August 27, 2026

What you can request

You may request deletion of your profile, authentication identity, subscription state, usage records, reservations, and account audit records, subject to verification and lawful retention.

PDFSwipe does not intentionally receive PDF bytes processed by supported local tools, so there is normally no server-side document library to delete for those workflows.

How to submit a request

Sign in and use account privacy controls if available. Otherwise, use the contact page from your account address where possible. Do not send document contents.

Verification and timing

We may require recent authentication or other reasonable verification. Deletion is not promised to be instantaneous across backups, security logs, or records that must be retained.

After deletion

Deletion may end account access, remove saved plan and usage state, and cannot be undone. Local files and downloads remain under your control and are not deleted by account deletion.

This is a practical founder-reviewed draft for PDFSwipe and is not legal advice. We will have qualified counsel review and update it before paid or cloud-processing launch. If this page conflicts with a later published version, the later version controls.
